Job Title: Site Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our construction site. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee site operations, including construction, maintenance, and repairs
- Manage site staff, including supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and building codes
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Implement quality control measures and ensure high standards

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
